Ingredients:
For Marination:
Pomfret Fish: 02 pcs (400 gms approx)
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Paste: 01 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 01 tbsp
Vinegar: 01 tbsp
Water: 01 pinch
For Coating:
Gram Flour: 1/4 cup
Rice Flour: 1/4 cup
Salt: To taste
Process:
Gush the fish on both side deeply. Smear the fish with chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar and salt. Apply the spices inside the cuts and the fishes. Marinate for 30 mins in fridge. Mix gram flour and rice flour thoroughly. Dab the fishes in the mix to have a thin layer of gram flour-rice flour to make it crisp. Shallow fry each side of the fish for 02-03 mins on medium flame. Don't move the fish while frying. Once done, serve it hot with chat masala and lemon juice.
