Dough starter:/poolish dough
bread flour 2 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp
water 1 1/3 cip
instant yeast 1/8 tsp
pinch of salt
Main dough:
starter
bread flour 2 1/2 cup
water 1/3 cup
salt 2 tsp
Pizza sauce:
1 pack tomato sauce 250ml
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
Toppings: (You can use your favourite Toppings)
pepperoni
mozarella cheese
oilive oil
dried oregano
dried parsley
Baking time: 5 to 8 minutes (250°c 300°F)
Make sure to preheat your oven on high temperature 20 minutes before putting the pizza.
*Use pizza stone for better results.
*(If you don't have pizza stone, Bake your pizza dough for 15 to 20 minutes until the edge is golden brown. the add sauce and Toppings. bake until the cheese melts.
