Hi Matt & Emily, it was great to meet y'all at Mule Outfitters yesterday. Richelle thinks the pic is the best. We have a propane fire pit similar to yours. Very convenient for all those reasons. Anyways thank you for helping us to start our Sundays😎

Great reveiw. I like the portable fire pit. I tried my propane fire pit this past weekend. I love it. No smoke smell and instant heat.

It's unfortunate that the propane fire pit is no longer made... Really like that setup!

Our propane pit looks a lot like yours and we got it at Aldi's on clearance for $26 a couple years ago. We might have bought 3 extra ones also. We use it for the same reason you all do. Love your gear review videos.

I have one of those pop up fire pits. I bought the extra bars that go across the fire mesh. I got it for heavy logs and when using a dutch oven. I also purchased a 3' x3' fire retardant mat (Amazon) to put on the ground under the pit. It worked better than the flimsy mat that came with it.

When you cook something under the Fireside pop up pit, does any fine ash ever fall on the food under the fire? I like the idea of utilizing that space under the pit! That’s being creative!👍

No ash whatsoever! 👌🏻

Great review, we love our propane fire pit and are wanting a pop-up pit. We'll wait for now though since it's getting warmer here in Florida. 🥵🤣

Great review. That popup pit has really stood the test of time, with as much as y’all use it I would have thought the screen would have given up long ago. You guys were my inspiration to try cooking pizzas on my woodstove.

Thanks, Scott!! It really has. First time we used it, I gave it maybe 5 fires. 50+ later, still going!
