This is one of many popular snacks in Indonesia, especially in West Java. It is a cheap version of shumay since it contains more tapioca. Often, it is served with peanut sauce or hot sauce as a snack.
Ingredients:
- 200 gr boneless chicken thigh
- 200 gr tapioca flour
- 60 gr AP flour
- 1 egg white
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 stem of spring onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 100 ml cold water
