Nice job I have a couple of old cast iron bench frames from my yard that need new wood to bring them back to life.,would make a couple of good winter projects to have ready for spring. Sorry to hear about Patrick, he is on my channel list but had not seen any new videos in a long time.

Dang, this is the first I heard about Patrick. That sucks. I spent a lot of late nights in hangouts with him. That sucks. :( The last couple of years has really been tough on the online woodworking community. Lots of good friends who are no longer with us anymore. It really puts a perspective on things. On a lighter note, great video Mike!

3/4” composite sags terribly. Hopefully that 1/2” material works out.

that's a real concern, This was the first time using this stuff and I was surprised to see how flexible it is.

What was the project on your bench in the 2019 Year End video? Looked like sink drawers but you had concrete bags and tools around it. Two curved boxes. Couldn’t find a video about it.
