PORK BULALO
Ingredients:
3/4 kg Pork Spare ribs
2000 ml Water
1/2 Bunch of Pechay Baguio (Nappa Cabbage)
1 Knorr Pork Cube
7 to 9 pcs Baguio beans (long green peas) cut into 2 pieces
1 piece of Sweet Corn divided into 4 pieces
1 whole White Onion divided into 4 pieces
1 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce (patis)
1 tablespoon whole black pepper
1 1/2 table spoon of rock salt
Instructions:
Boil water in cooking pot
Add the Pork Spare ribs
Add rock salt
Add White onion
Add whole black pepper, let it boil for few minute
Add the sweet corn
Add the Knorr Pork cube
Cover it and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes
Add the fish sauce (patis)
Slightly mix all the ingredients
Let it boil for another 15 minutes
After 15 minuntes, add the Baguio beans (long green peas)
Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, slightly mix all the ingredients
Taste it, add fish sauce / salt if necessary (depending on your preferred taste).
Add the Pechay Baguio, let it boil for 1 to 2 minutes
Serve it while it's hot, share it with your friends and family member. Enjoy :)
