That's a great tip about making your bags oversized and reusing them, because vacuum sealer rolls are horribly expensive! You mentioned that you honey glazed the pork before browning it: Have you tried using marmalade instead? The pork and orange flavours work really well together!

Hi Nigel, I have been told about using marmalade but I didn’t remember at the right time, thanks for the reminder You’re right about the bags. A wonderful friend of the channel bought us some and I found a man on a market selling them cheap. It’s always best to keep a look out 👏👏👏👍

Hi Sheila and the family, that’s nice of you to come back to me. I do realise I’m not very good at saying how good something is but it seems you have now seen it for yourself. You will have to try the pork, it was so tasty and juicy. The thing I’m finding is you put it on and then it’s ready when you are. Not just when it’s cooked. If that makes any sense mi duck 👏👏👏👏🥰😍❤️😘👌

Hi Graham and Wendy, the pork was a bargain and even better what it cost to cook it. I noticed when you put the meat in the bowl would it not have been easier to have poured the blood down the sink first. It made a lovely dinner and the Yorkshire's were spot on. I like the little bund cases, you can make miniature ones.

Hi Sandra. The pork was a bargain and the price to cook them was so cheap. But the taste was good and moist. Not dry at all. I keep cooking pork and cheap steaks this way. I think you are right about the bag I think. Some times I brush the juices on the meat in the air fryer. Have you tried sous vide yet 🥰😘❤️😋👌

A late visit Wendy and Graham,I'm so impressed at this way of cooking, I've been cooking most of my life but never came across this until recently. I've got a cosori PC and I think I might be brave enough to give this a go. I watched another yu tuber cook some steak and he used a zip lock bag and a straw to draw out the air and it worked which is great if we don't have a machine that does it and that machine is brill. So thanks again for a great demo and recipe both.

Hi Christine, sous vide has gripped my attention. I have used a zip lock bag to cook and it was fine. It’s called the displacement method, the water pushes the air out of the bag. I thought I had filmed it but it seems not. The thing is the water is warm not boiling so there’s no steam and you don’t burn your fingers the meat cooks consistent and doesn’t over cook. The trouble I find it doesn’t look very inviting until it’s been in the air fryer or fried. We will keep using this method so it must be good. The pork was fantastic and so juicy. Also it it’s so cheap on electric 👏👏👏👏🥰😍😘
