Ingredients for the gypsy-style pork stew:
- 500 gr pork neck;
- 500 gr pork tenderloin;
- 100 gr pork lard;
- 3 large onions;
- 200 gr tomato paste;
- 150 gr celery root (optional, but mandatory);
- 150-200 gr carrots;
- 1/2 hot pepper, or to taste;
- 3 sprigs of dried thyme;
- 1 good tablespoon of smoked sweet paprika;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 1 head of garlic;
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
- 1 tablespoon of salt, or to taste;
- 1 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper;
- 1 red bell pepper;
- 1 liter of water, or as much as needed to cook the meat well;
