In just 45 minutes, grilling both indirect and direct, you will end up with a perfectly cooked piece of pork that is just waiting for a sauce to compliment it. For this Pork Tenderloin I prepare a Sweet Red Wine Reduction Sauce that finished off this cut nicely.
Spicy Pepper Rub Ingredients
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Sweet Red Wine Reduction Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup Red Wine
1 TBSP Stone Ground Mustard
1 TBSP Honey
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
