This delicious black #pork curry is made in the Sri Lankan style using traditional spices. I took more oil pieces for this, but add meat according to your preference.
මම මේ ඌරු මස් එක හැදුවේ ශ්රී ලංකාවේ කුළුබඩු යොදාගෙන. මේකට ගොඩක්ම තෙල් කෑලි තමයි වැඩිපුර අරන් තියෙන්නෙ. ඔයාගෙ කැමැත්ත අනුව මේ ගන්න රසකාරක සහ මස් වල ස්වභාවය වෙනස් කරගන්න.
මුලින්ම මම මස් ටික වතුර, තෙල් දාන්නෙ නැතුව තමයි ඇතිලියේ දාලා උයන්නෙ. එතකොට මස් එකේ තියන තෙල් සහ වතුර එලියට ඇවිදින් ඒකෙන් තමයි මස් ටික ඉදෙන්නෙ.

Cooking oil - තෙල්
You can change the amount of these ingredients according to your preference and how much you are cooking.
It is not necessary to add all these ingredients.
Use only what you have and what you like.
