Thanks for video of the process. I wish you had a video of the acceleration after the chipfpr install.

Check for my "0-60mph" upload. I don't have a 'before' which is a miss on my part, but I don't youtube for a living so screwed that up.

@@mrjones100 I just checked it out and it looks like it is pulling strong! The auto looks like the needle was still going up on the shift! I'm sure it will pull hard to redline in all the gears... which is awesome for a 35 year old car!

@@BrianMalm , if you do remove your stock chips, do keep them! I may end up buying them from you! :-)

Hi, do you have an engineering/technical background? You said it made the engine smoother and increased midrange torque on your test drive. How many other chips did you look at to buy, and did this chip meet your expectations?

I took mine out. Not worth the extra gas for extra 20hp with newer cars having 400hp-700hp

Agree generally (my 987 chip upgrade was a waste of money and only generated codes), but Ken L's chips from liftbars really surprised me. Lots on his stuff on rennlist.

NINE28 what did you mean in the video by “properly grounded?”. I heard the same thing about the chips, that they don’t do much. Can I ask now that it’s been months, still happy? Notice a difference? What were you hoping to achieve with the chip? Engine performance? Fuel economy? What upgrades did you have to perform to make the chip work as it should? You mentioned an air intake refresh. Anything else?

@@legoverse1467 Properly grounded means discharging any static on the human body. The static can damage computer chips and other electronic system boards.
