Nice to witness a steel mill (don't call it a factory!) being built and then coming on-line. Thanks for sharing! Interesting to see the guy at about 4:28 tapping the blast furnace while NOT wearing any safety gear especially goggles to protect his eyes from flying sparks.

Interesting fact the locomotive pushing for flatbed of ingots, was an AMERICAN built Alco s4 switcher, one of five built for the works at port talbot. The locomotives were used into the 1980s, till being withdrawn, two have been preserved.
