A video tutorial how I make the Portuguese Egg Tarts, I cut the unsalted butter into small pieces with even thickness and insert them to my dough. With only 1 single fold, the final laminated dough I roll up by hands then divide to 6 pieces pastry dough. Egg filling very tasty and custardy, hope you enjoy it.

*** Pastry Dough
100 g all-purpose flour
55 ml water room temperature
2 g salt
5 g granulated sugar
5 g unsalted butter to add in the dough
50 g unsalted butter for lamination
***Custard Filling
1 unit egg yolk
1 unit egg
20 g granulated sugar
70 ml thicken cream heavy cream
70 ml milk full-fat milk
