The deadbug is one of my favourite deep core exercises to do post partum because it allows the core to do it's thing while bringing the hips and shoulders into play as well. The cross body action of alternating the arms and legs is a really great brain exercise, and works the cross chains of muscles and fascia across the front of our body.
