@RealSigmaQueen

You’re kind of deliberately misconstruing her words. Entertain doesn’t mean to be a dancing monkey. It’s to have meaningful conversations, have some (not all) shared interests, and quite frankly it means sexual compatibility. And be wary of the guys saying they want a “helpmate” or talking of “duties and responsibilities”. Women are often accused of showing more loyalty to an employer than their husband. Guys that talk like this are crappy employers posing as husbands. They get blindsided when their wives leave them. Really, their wives are quitting an underpaid job where they’re reporting to an underperforming boss.
@russk1971

@RealSigmaQueen I don't believe that I was misconstruing her words. Her context was that of my ex. I was working 80 + hrs a week. She didn't work. She got her nails done regularly. Rarely cleaned the house. Never had any meals prepared when I arrived home. Then she started cheating on me, citing that I was never around to do anything fun. The kicker was she was angry that I wanted her to get out of my house once I caught her cheating. This female displays the same attitude.

If I need female "companionship". I can always pay for an hour of some escorts time, and I have no shame about doing that given our current state of dating. Being an attractive 6' 6" 250+ lb. jacked guy in LA, I never had a problem finding dates, but they almost always turned into one night stands or very short term relationships. I finally wised up and instead of trying to find someone at the clubs, went to alumni events for my university. I automatically knew that every woman there was smart because at the time it was the #3 rated public university in the US. I ended up meeting the woman that I married, a former successful fashion model turned private school teacher. She was ridiculously beautiful, incredibly smart and didn't mind my vulgar, immature sense of humor. We were married an incredible seven years until she was killed last year at the age of 35. Now, I have resigned myself to never dating again as there is zero chance that I will ever find anyone half as good as her. I now spend my extra money donating to animal charities and establishing scholarship funds in her name. I'd rather spend my money that way than on some bimbo who expects a free ride from me. I would rather live with the memory of my wife than go out in this garbage singles' market.

I appreciate that. I spend 24 hours a day, 7 days a week sad, angry and depressed. My friends keep trying to help but I just want to be alone and not inflict my misery on them. @@admiraladmirable4532

I would have said a joke if that girl who needs a therapist wasn't so young looking... I feel bad saying it. It's a low hanging joke anyway... siiiiigh.

We don't tell single women where we are at. When we are out and about the last thing we want are single women showing up trying to socialize. We're trying to have a good time ffs. If we want to socialize we'll go where single women are and pretend to have fun.

A lot of these things that you bring up I have always surmised, but you make a lot of points did I never realized and thus became part of the simp process,😅

If these desperate women want true love bad enough from a decent guy, why won't they just express specifically what they'll do to contribute to the relationship to make sure it lasts and doesn't get boring? Us guys know we're under pressure to stay employed, stay in good shape and do as much as we can to make the woman happy. Guys need to be made happy too by their girlfriends/wives. No one wants someone in his or her life who simply uses them without remorse.

Imagine having to face the consequences of your own actions and having to take responsibility. Welcome to being a responsible adult. I have the exact same level of sympathy for them as they have for lonely men.
