I'm motivated, i will also start exercising now. I also had my first babies (twins ) last year and my tummy is not the same anymore and I've gained weight. This is helpful

Hey sissy, happy you've finally made up your mind to workout. But before you start doing some of those exercises, try and find out if you haven't developed Diastasis recti during the course of pregnancy cause if you have some of these exercises are to be avoided cause they'll be detrimental to your Abs instead focus on exercises that will help close/heal that gap first afterwards you will resume with these ones.

My honest opinion is have at the back of ur mind that u might never be the same again till wen u must have given birth to all ur kids. For me I delivered my kids like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 😂😂😂😂and what I'm doing now is working my body for good. If u are working out now it should be for a healthy lifestyle not really to lose some weight bcs baby number two will soon come and u will get fat again and again and again❤❤❤ enjoy the pride of mother hood dr

Well done dear.❤ But please, sit up exercise can cause disc herniation leading to severe low back pain. There are other exercises that can help in core stabilization and strengthen the abdominal muscles.
