I told Jeni about a week ago I was glad about the tutorial on cleaning leaks in my 67 years I have never used leaks and just found out that that may be a good thing that could stay in my garden like yours I've used during the winter. I look forward to lots of leek recipes, this looks like a good starter mix for my house but I would probably have to plan for 2 or 3 qt jars to start but the idea is wonderful. Thanks for being part of the collab and I will look forward to seeing more of your leeks as you show them.

Sounds interesting. I've never eaten Potato Leek Soup. Also sounds like I need make a small batch of it to try before committing to a canner load. From what I understand the mild onion flavor works well with potatoes. Think I'm going to enjoy exploring this for our pantry. Thanks for sharing.
