Vegan Queso Dip (use store bought whole food plant based queso dip or make your own, recipe to follow)
Pico de Gallo (use store bought or make your own, recipe to follow)
Bell Peppers
Corn
Red Cabbage
Avocado
Green Onions
Refried Beans (we used Trader Joe's Refried Black Beans)
Salt, Pepper, Spices (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder or Penzey's Ozark Seasoning)
