i love to see what you are doing with Cowboy Coffee. It is a great expression of your confidence that, with God's help, we will all get through these hard times, and once again share the simple joy of sharing meals, barbecues, and good times together. God bless you, Kent.

Cowboy Cooking can be anything, it never says what it is just so long as a Cowboy is Cooking it and giving his/her spin on it. :P

Forget about Metric and Imperial. The best measurement systems are "Kentucky windage," and "about that much."

Hey Kent. At 6:20 your hand was covered in bandages. I hope you weren't trying to cut up your hand as a potsticker. 😉 I can't wait to try your recipe / technique. Thank you..

I saw the title, Potstickers, and I said, oh heck no!! Cowboy cooks don’t make potstickers. But I submit I have been converted to a cowboy cook that makes eastern cuisine. Good job.
