Very, very nice. I might have installed some adjustable screw mechanisms just to fine tune any level issues but still a fantastic job.

How much should you round the edges with router? Is there a specific measurement or setting?

When you let the epoxy resin flow over the side after it becomes thicker, will the top still be level?

Is the resin only for aesthetic purposes? Or does it also serve as the method for getting a perfectly flat surface? I am really considering this method for my shuffleboard project, but don't want to waste the money on materials if not. I don't own the tools required for a laminated surface, so I assumed MDF would work best. Any advice would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks for sharing.

this video is a perfect education tool.... I love that you're not "precise" and sometimes loose with precision to lay colors into the buckets. I would have focused way too much on that minutia.

Only a 16 footer? Baby table! I get it, people have limited spaces, but 22' is where its at! I guess 16 foot makes it easier to play horsecollar though!

We are all amateurs just play for fun, but maybe we’ll build another one😉 why not play the right way!

@@LeggariProducts My apologies. I didn't want to come off rude like that. 16 foot is a decent sized table nonetheless. But 22' is the pro sized tables. But they like to use Speed 1 wax which is like rolling on ball bearings. The weight never slows down it seems. I like to play on slower tables where you have to put some oomph behind the weight. I like speed 6 and 7 waxes personally.

Hi How do you avoid dust, i have just made some small items with epoxy and have been cleaning like crazy but still i get dust, small hairs etc in the epoxy. I even put the items i made in a closed plastic container, still smal particles on top.
