Adjust the anti dive and damper on the forks and adjust the rear shock... and soften things up a bit.

Hello, I initially found your channel while I was shopping for my first motorcycle and saw your videos on the ninja 500. I eventually ended up getting a 2012 Suzuki TU250x. I've been finding it very challenging to put all the motorcycling skills together, even after completing my MSF course. I find videos like this, of POV videos of people just riding in traffic very useful. I appreciate that you include a view of the handlebars to see how you manage gears and brakes. Thank you! Edit: Dude, I had mild sweats watching you ride at night! When you got onto the off ramp and downshifted at 17:50, did you cycle down through each gear, or did you just bump the shifter down multiple times?

Great to hear you found riding! I’ll have to check out the model Suzuki you got. It will all come together with time and practice. While downshifting I tend to go down one gear at a time. It is better for control and best for the bike. If you drop all at one time you then need to Rev match when you let out the clutch which can be done but is not the easiest while learning.
