Great entertainment and much more relatable for the Aussie car scene. It's like watching the UN version of street racing! And yes, it needs a little work, especially re: the starter, to get as professional as the "septic's" version.

Why do all the Capri's jump the start!? John Saad jumped and claimed the win, Shadi Tobaji clearly jumps the start twice he even bags the driver of the Holden wagon that he only won by 1 car length with all the nitrous in the world. 😂 Shadi, you cheated and still lost!!!!

Can someone please tell me why they are using the name "Street Outlaws" besides for click bait. I know NPK shouldnt be called Street outlaws but at least the U.S. version started on the streets, im not saying the Aussie show isnt fun to watch but can it just be called No-prep racing and cut out the Street Outlaw title.
@lhtorry_rpm0748
2 жыл бұрын
Bro I honestly think street outlaws is just a nice fancy title for a unique full body car but it’s a “street surface race mimicking scenario” which makes more so many more factors than who can not just beat the other racer in who can beat their et but it’s the sheer fact that these are half literelly could be street driven years ago but obviously half wouldn’t pass registration or need heavy engineering and yes some have that… what makes this special is street outlaws yes it is fancy but a lot more people have the ability to run consistent 8 seconds even but how about running it in a “no prep, no Xmas tree lighting to prep… you can’t stall some or most of these cars yo even after a solid power skid almost off the line coz the tyres are just frying or it’s skating. My bottom line is I think street outlaws attracts a new style of old school muscle car shows and ways we can run these traditions and passions (I am building an 11 second street and strip torana and plan to get my second project another maybe an LJ/LC and just dedicate it too a drag and burnout car and would be roll caging it not for the street LSX Fresh with a huge cam open the heads up an off the shelf match ported carby manifold and nitrous set up and I’ve got a 500 N/A Minimum and nitroused uwith enough car comps maybe tunnel rammed 850ho out of a 400cuber lsx without even reelly trying and rev it to 8k safely and be making sound and power but it’s also a skill too in a drag car, avoid. Going from a non traditional stalled launch on a prepped warm track compared to a night time winter in aus mind you too right now… here in Adelaide is freezing right now sin a tiny LC/LJ like Shari’s Cortina which just looking at it yeah he is a jumper seems like a funny bloke (if your reading this I wanna race ya one day if your come to tailem bend when it’s done haha) but I think it’s he isn’t intentionally doing it rather knows he’s got the power to fry the tyres and loose the launch to skid coz of no traction due to no prep I mean I have hats off too these blokes being able to keep the dam cars straight on no prep, even gup said standard drag racing doesn’t really interst him but the street racing style but in the actual track where it’s street conditions and you’re having to feather the throttle off the line and progressively add your throttle to WOT whiles risking potentially skating at any point and having to control it I mean it’s literelly like taking your cars built for the drags with your mates onto the street like the main Rose where it’s fresh gravel in the highway and stop and then just floor it and see who comes out first while being able to avruwkly control the power to the ground, it can absolutely be shown via noise if your. Listening that some of them are feathering the throttle (the hat throttle on the blown cars all do this look closer) because if they just flat stick like at the track they know they might go from hooking. Up to smoking he tyres and loosing but had they gripped and eased on Skilfully perfect then they may be winning and that’s what entices me it’s the skill aspect…. To give you an idea…. Not many people have the skill to do what lynch and many of the burnout legends can do with soo much power on the pad and control the car without hitting the walls without being able to see nothing but smoke. My dad got dizzy at lynchy in car footage alone haha so it’s a skill. And that what further makes this adrenaline rush it gives myself that is just unreal for those 8-12 seconds down the track of few minutes on the limiter frying tyres till they pop… it’s just harmony of unreal heaven. The but I give my hats off the blokes all here that csn control the cars built for the prepped strip hut have drivers who can run it on a non prepped surface and yeah some of the are are skating but, honestly, I am buying tickets to this next event comming uo becaue i reelly wanna see this and addition of burnouts would be good, classic street outlaw I suppose it is a style of drag racing not Christmas tree hand single or light means go and it’s throttle in and don’t start frying the rears and If it happens try control your monster of a machine in a straight perfect line and theee blokes do and it absolutely pulls and sounds nuts these cars all of them well the 8s are just like music listening to them run the last half of the race it’s magic …I also admit shadis csr looks like he’s got a good machine for this it’s a light car with the cubes and it just looks like his suspension and the lightness of the car (ib ky eyes it would be if I ran a LC/LJ with a reelly hot LS motor power to weight ratio is great he’s got 447 cubes or something nuts… I mean he’s clearly got the thing able to hook up or not skate out and had the suspension set up perfect. But still, my point is Gup keep street outlaws comming and get it on live Tele !! Saturday night Australian street outlaws I’m sure you can do it add in racing for bets and it’s the traction variable that makes it “who can hold their cars power to the ground and not skate out and not loose control but also has the suspension but can in the past correct their cars starting to turn into a wall or the other car but are skilled enough to correct it quick enough and still blow the doors off whoever would be quiet 10/10 would watch it over the footy in my saturday nights in.
