I am hype to present the second episode in a new video series I am creating called Regular Reps and Rhythm (RRR for short which is an acronym healthcare staff use that stands for regular rate and rhythm when describing a normal heart exam). In this series I want to highlight individual medical students, physicians, and healthcare workers who manage to balance their studies or job with fitness. We are surrounded by fitness experts and influencers on social media whose job is to remain fit. While there are many on this platform that I respect and would highly recommend to watch their content, I wanted to share advice and tips from people who have full-time careers or are in the middle of their medical training to show that it can be possible and to provide us with a little bit of motivation.
