In the 90s IBM decided to try pushing a standard for PowerPC systems called PReP, and this RS/6000 was one of the few complaint machines. This machine can run obscure ports of Solaris and Windows NT for PowerPC systems despite it being quite slow under AIX. Featuring a PowerPC 601 processor, 192mb of RAM, and SCSI hard disks and CD drives, this machine was designed to both be a UNIX workstation and a way of getting the PReP standard into the hands of operating system and software developers.
The footage has been sitting on my HDD for over a week thanks to IRL stuff and whatnot. I have finally gotten around to putting it together, and uploading it to KZitem. Filming this was tough as during filming I ended up taking on another failed project I still have yet to clean up.
