@@michellevelasquez440 Hi Michelle, have you been properly diagnosed? I've been seeing many specialists like chiropractors, ENT's neurologists, physiotherapy and even a cardiologyst. So far, no one has provided a solid diagnosis. I suspect it may be related to my cervicals since they are rectified and a disc is protuding the spine. I'm looking forward to my next physio/chirporaxis appointment to discuss it. I know no one seems to understand, but try to stick to those who are willing to listen and support you in this hard times. With that being said; the truth is that you must become resilient since, in my opinion, we must endure this torment by ourselves and we are to be the ones with initiative when seen doctors and taking action to recover. It is so hard sometimes but we must keep focused on getting better because we have nothing left to lose. You may want to visit r/Dizziness and r/pppdizziness. Those sites helped me not to feel so isolated in the hardest times and I got some great advices from the posts over there. I really hope you can get out of this and feel better. Keep strong!

I’ve been diagnosed with PPPD at the Brain and Balance Center here in Atlanta. Do the walking and balance exercises and a variation of what you do. Got on an anti-depressant drug and I couldn’t tolerate it. Could be my age, 79. Do talk to a Therapist, which helps, and will start doing your regimen. Thanks!

Hi Rita, I am so sorry to hear this!! I feel like I've tried everything under the sun, I'm sure you can relate. Currently I'm doing protocols from a book by Medical Medium called 'Brain Saver' and it is LIFE CHANGING! I cannot recommend it enough, if I'd known sooner I would have saved myself a lot of heartache with this so I strongly encourage you to order the book and get started asap. I did 30 days of the detox and it gave me my life back so I have continued and I'm nearly at 60 days now and MOST of the time, I'm not experiencing symptoms any more, it's the biggest gift. I hope you can do it too x

Hi, Hannah! I bought “Brain Saver” which you recommended and I just found your vlog, PPPD Heavy Metal Detox. Hopefully, I can easily find the ingredients. I plan on starting this detox as soon as I have everything. Wish me luck Rita P.S. I am taking quite a few prescription medications & vitamin supplements. Do I need to stop taking these for the detox?

Hi, Hannah! I’ve been doing the Heavy Metal Detox since April 15th. Thankfully, I have noticed a difference. My dizziness does not feel as severe as before. It is getting easier for me to move about. I’m going to keep going with the Detox. I’m hoping to feel better yet. Thanks for steering me in this direction. Rita

I have just completed 8 sessions of vestibular therapy at a physical therapy center. The sessions were helpful within their realm, but I need more help. In watching this vlog I saw many exercises that I was not taught to do. A couple of questions…. Are these exercises done once a day? At what time of day? Are they done sitting or standing? Could you do less than 20 repetitions? Are all the exercises performed in one session or spread thruout the day? Thank you for your information Rita

Hi, I understand how you’re feeling. What worked for me was understanding that healing was not linear. You have to trigger your symptoms just a bit and then stop. It’s like exposing your brain to it just a bit more every single day. However sometimes your feel better and other days it feels like two steps back. Be patient and don’t think you’re back to zero. Take naps. When you are having a good day push your self a little more. When you’re not having a good day then just rest. When you’re stressed stare at a non moving point and breathe into your stomach, fill up with air then exhale slowly. Walk a lot. Walking and making a bow shape with your eyes. If you’re too unbalanced for this just start with walking the most you can. I remember not being able to walk or make myself food and now I’m walking 10,000 steps daily. I’m going to add more. Also when it feels scary I take a nap then get up and keep going and keep trying to move. Also yoga, this helped me sooo much. Meditations from purely being. Also stay away from sugars, alcohol, white carbs, high sodium and overall processed foods. Mostly because these alter your body and when you’re already feeling off everyday it’s good not to add on to the feeling. Don’t skip meals, eat 3 times a day it helps with anxiety and keeping body calm. Also I took Vitamin D everyday. I also took vitamin B complex and omega 3s here and there. I hope this helps.
