An Easy profiterole
Ingredients
1 litre of cold milk
A glass of granulated sugar
approximately a full glass of flour
Half a glass of starch
one egg yolk
A pack of vanilla
Two bags of sponge finger biscuits 24 pieces
two bananas
three tablespoons of pistachios
80 grams of milk chocolate
A bag of chocolate sauce
2.5 glass of cold milk
A bag of whipped cream powder
A glass of cold milk
Preparation
We put cold milk, flour, starch, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk in the pot and start cooking by mixing it with a whisk,. after boiling, 2 minutes is enough. we turn off the stove. after cooling, we cover the cream with nylon roll or stretch film and put it in the fridge. in the meantime we cook milk and chocolate sauce, add 2 spoons of sunflower oil to make it shiny. then we leave it to cool. After our cream comes down to room temperature, we pour the whipped cream powder and milk into the bowl and whisk for 3 minutes with a mixer. At the end of this period, we add banana, green pistachio and mix, then break each of the sponge fingers into four parts. if you plan to eat the dessert after 4 hours, then take half a glass of milk and moisten the sponge fingers. Add the sponge fingers into the cream bowl and mix them. As I showed it in the video, transfer the mixture back into the glass bowl and spread the chocolate sauce over it. then sprinkle grated chocolate over the sauce and put it in the fridge. let it rest for 4 hours in the refrigerator and serve it.

Footnote
If you are going to leave it to rest overnight, do not pour the sauce. Cover and keep the sauce and dessert in the refrigerator. Before serving, spread over the sauce on the bowl first and then sprinkle the grated chocolate over the sauce, cut it and serve it.
