It is scary... revolves a lot around confidence (well, what doesn't in life ? ...) - that tip about jumping over the rail before committing to a lipslide is a good tip, thanks again as usual :)

Always break boards on this trick so I avoid doing them even though they look and feel sick, lol.

Philipp Weidner dude I’m the same. I’ve started to Ollie basically straight in line w the rail and as soon as my board is a little bit higher than the rail I simply quickly turn my board and shoulders onto the rail. This has helped so much cuz it’s stopped me from Ollieing too high and breaking my board. Also

Coming with a like 45° angle really helped me to learn this trick Also watch how his shoulders move during the trick. It's kinda natural but it's always good to see how a trick works to recreate it

I can do this trick Nollie FS and BS but the normal one is hard to commit. We have a new small flatrail in our local park where i am currently relearning a lot of my rail tricks from my early 20s (i am 38 now). 😅 Nearly all rail tricks are back but the normal front lip is still on my to do list. The advice with going parallel to rail and jump higher than it turn your shoulders sounds perfect to try next time. 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks a lot! I feel that that i will finally land one on the next session. ❤😊

I believe that if you don't have much control over your pop-out, speed will help to compensate ^^ You need to be above your board to be able to make that little hop to get out - also turning your shoulder in the direction you want to go. Balls up : go fast, standing over your board, little hop, turn your shoulder.
