I love this Rujuta. I am a 22 year old girl and I was bullied and fat shammed as a teenager. I developed an eating disorder eventually. You have not only helped me overcome that but I’m actually in a better shape now. I follow everything that you recommend about diet and exercise and my life is better because of you. I also accept myself better because of your sense of acceptance for all body types. One more thing, your advice has reduced my pms and menstrual cramps. I am truly grateful to have found you, Rujuta.

This is something I have been scared of for a very long time.. but these pre poses to shirshasan will be helpful.. a lot of my issue is fear and the unfamiliarity with inversions.. thank you dear rujuta.. shall wait for the full transition video today..

@@aradhya9198 as soon as you do head stand. Baby pose should be done for a while beacuse your blood is rushing you feel like fainting. I hope this helps

, Everyone makes it easy. Before you start do planks for stomach and dolphin push ups for shoulder. Otherwise you are gonna hurt your neck. Initially you need one person to support you on the opposite side.

How much pain is okay in the neck while doing this exercise? I feel like my head is trying to roll all the way to the other side. And i am very beginner at this. I want to learn this cool headstand. I am still at walking my legs towards my head phase. Please help.

You should feel no pain in the neck. If you are, then you're doing it wrong.

Hi.... How ur doing good.... A very good way u have explained the asaan.... While I started with it.... And has gotten my balance while doing it.... Had some queries though.... My eyes are getting red after performing this asaan..... Is this normal or should I stop doing this.. I started this asaan just for getting my hairfall issues kinda solved by promoting blood circulation.... Hope u will help me . I have some more issues regarding some other asaanas..... Thank u

Should not try headstand without strong shoulders. Plank workouts must be preparatory poses
