Today's pranayama practice will help cool down the body and mind.
It will help with insomnia, acidity, excessive thoughts and desires too.
This can be used as the perfect cool down after an intense workout/asana session.
It will work as therapy for Insomnia, Acidity and Hypertension.
You can do this practice before bed too.
We will be doing these pranayamas today:
Sheetali , Sheetkari
Brahmari with Shanmukhi Mudra
Nadi Shodana

The name शीतली-Sheetali/ शीतकारी -Sheetkari comes from the root शीत - Sheet, which mean calm, cool, soothing. This is exactly how these pranayamas make us feel - a sense of calmess that lacks feverishness in the mind and brings about a tranquil state. Desires subside and we go within.
