Pranic Healing definitely works. Ive been visiting this clinic in Dadar, Mumbai - Sanjeevan Healing Center for my healing and my mother who’s cancer patient. The doctors provide the treatment on calls and video calling as well. Im thankful I came across this treatment.

Thank you for the great feedback Bam! Those exercises were found in the booklet of a CD I purchased about Pranic Healing years ago. I only recorded this video with those specific movements. The yoga mat was just for my feet to be comfortable : ) I'm curious to know if there are more exercises, as I would be happy to learn then and make additional videos. Cheers!

@@AudioSoulHealing Yes... But I confused the energy exercises with Arhatic Yoga Part... But they do go hand in hand... I used to do this same sequence then followed with Arhatic Yoga using the Mat. Its in "Your Hands Can heal" book of Stephen Co. Anyway thank you again! Will follow tour routine daily. I just finished and have sooooo much energy (when I'm usually lethargic) thank you again!

Hi Padma, thank you for your inspiring feedback! I have presented the exercises as they were listed in the instructional manual I had, but you may be right that there is another version that includes jumping jacks. I have not encountered this rendition, but since I love jumping jacks as well, I would say please feel free to incorporate them into your routine as inspired! Namaste blessings

Hi Brancaalice, thanks for sharing your experience. Believe it or not, when I was taking my Kundalini Yoga teacher training, we were encouraged to wake up at 3:30am to prepare for our morning meditation, yoga and cold shower routine (not in the order lol) - Some say that waking up before sunrise is the most sacred time to do spiritual practices, and it is known as 'amrit vela' - The Golden Hour. I think it's a wonderful ideal to aspire to, but I also believe in the practicality of human life, work, family, schedules and personal needs... so to all that I say, trust your intuition about what is right for you, and don't be afraid to update or modify your routine if it is not working for you! This was exhilarating, so many questions. What’s the significance of The number 12? I am 3 months pregnant and didn’t do the bends over my stomach. I feel really good. Originally searched it because after another modality gor pain in my upper back in between my shoulder blades. Feel better. Thank you

Hi Soul Igniter, I'm so glad you enjoyed the exercises and they helped you feel good after some pain! The simplest way to explain it, is with intentional movement we have the ability to liberate stagnant energy through the energy pathways of our body using movement, breath and intention. I am not the creator of these exercises, so I cannot say specifically why 12 rotations was decided, however using my intuition, the first guess that comes up is that 12 is a significant number to completing a cycle. If we look at the year having 12 months, in completion we come around anew to a new year. Also in music, there are 12 semitones in a scale, after reaching the 12th note we create a new octave or higher vibration of frequency. I'm sure there are many more significances you can find with some online research to the number 12! If you find anymore, please share them here, thank you and have a blessed day!

Hello LG TV, great question and there is nothing to doubt. Sometimes the most basic and simplest movements are the most effective. What you may notice about these movements which are very similar to typical warmup routines is that it is all about moving the energy in and through spots where energy can accumulate. If you notice in this particularly sequence the theme of 'rotation' of all joints and even the eyes. These nexus points are where tension and energy can stagnate. There is also the sequence of moving the energy from the top of the head starting at the eyes, and sequentially working our way down to our feet, so we are deliberately guiding the energy down and out of us. I hope that helps give some parallels while also highlighting the uniqueness of this routine, and thanks for asking!

Great question, to me I believe chakras and auras / energy are a bit of philosophy about how to explain our human energy. So much of the human experience is the “stories/beliefs” we align with or do not align with… To me an “aura” is a product of ones health and mood, the energy we emit… so yes I believe this will help to cleanse ones mood and energy, balance health, and therefore cleanse whatever we may under stand to be this “auric field” - these are not only my own philosophies but also those inspired from the Pranic Healing teachings

Hello Aman, these exercises are for all ages. Consider it more of a good warmup to get your blood and pranic energy moving. To increase more energy/movement, make sure you are coordinating your inhalations and exhalations with the movement. If you want more exercise, I would suggest doing this as a warmup before you do yoga, or any other form of exercise you enjoy!

Good morning Patricia. I have been trained in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga by Yogi Bhajan. I was later introduced to these movements under the name Pranic Healing, but yes, I believe you are correct that Pranic Healing does indeed fall under the family of Arhatic Yoga which helps to also safely stimulate the Kundalini energy while purifying the chakras and energy pathways 🙏

@@gamingboysfan Dear Megha, thank you for sharing yourself so vulnerably, and I am sorry to hear you are experiencing numbness and challenge with sleep. I will say that I am not a doctor or a health professional, but am an individual who has gone deep into the teachings of yoga, spirituality and intuitive healing. With that being said, if you feel a true concern I would consult with a medical professional. Beyond that, the first thing that comes to my mind is that when we begin to stimulate the body, mind and soul in new ways, it unlocks many dormant and trapped energies that we have held in our self for a great length of time. When these energies are released, it is possible to encounter deeper levels of blocks, "traumas" or energetic challenges that may manifest as symptoms as you describe. To me the human body has a natural affinity for balance and has a natural ability to heal. I would trust your body. Slow down, meditate, breathe, and listen as to what is your body trying to tell you? What messages do you hear from deep within your heart and soul? Perhaps in your listening, you will find your own personal and unique answers, revelations and insights that will guide you to the source of the numbness and challenge with sleep, and guide you the best way to rebalance yourself. Ultimately, these exercises are meant to do exactly that, to balance the body, to release stagnant energies, and to stimulate dormant pathways so that we can return to our most natural state of health, healing and happiness. The head shouldnt be moving at all on the eye rotation..its prefered to use your finger and focus on it than moving your head
