Gal 2:1-2,7-14, Lk 11:1-4
In the letter to the Galatians , Paul received revelation that he takes Barnabus and Titus with him and go to preach Good News to the Pagans- the uncircumcised. He was not there to force them to be circumcised. Religion is not there to destroy tradition practices which are not against faith. Revelation is a fruit of prayer. We see Paul correcting Peter to stop pretending but preach the Good News. As christians we need to correct one another in charity. The book of Luke the disciples asks Jesus to teach them how to pray. The Apostles had learnt to pray from Jesus. In our christian pilgrimage we need to learn to understand that through prayer we get revelations and we should be at the feet of Jesus learning how to pray. Let us see episodes in the bible when Jesus prayed alone, prayed with his disciples and prayed in places of prayers and with crowds. It is in sincere and clear prayer we get directed and given our needs in our faith journey.
