Warmup 5 minutes
Last workout of the program before a full week off for my wedding abroad.
The second block called for ladders of rows + overhead jerks. I decided to swap it around for pushups and chin ups.
Rushed the session a little bit, cut some exercises differently
Strength block:
- 2x20kg clean & press 5 x 5
- 1x20kg seated press 3 x 5/5
- 1x16g overhead press press anyhow 20/20
Strength / conditioning:
- pushup / chins ladder
total: 55 pushups, 37? chinups
Finisher/assistance:
- 2h swings x9
floor presses / pushups x12
farmer hold high knees x10/10
goblet squats / floor knee extensions x10
