The eminent Russell Targ. The speech that was labeled as his banned Ted Talk dramatically changed my life for the better. No exaggeration. I was a staunch materialist over 50 years old going through a health crisis and was worried my life would be much shorter than I had hoped. I started opening up to ideas that I would have viciously scoffed at before. Russell's speech resonated with me. A credible, highly experienced physicist was testifying that ESP was real. I was inspired by Russell to learn Remote Viewing, and my experience proved to me without a doubt that our consciousness is non-local. That and all the implications of it drastically changed my life for the better. I am much happier. I owe all this to Russell Targ. I can't thank him enough. With every ounce of my being, I give him my thanks. It would be the honor of my life to meet him and thank him in person.

look at it differently. We are predisposed to perceive time as an arrow, when it it's a lot more complicated than that. Dreams break through the veil into the potentialities, so when one comes to pass we interpret the dream as precognition. In a reality model/physics in which past, present and future exist all at once, there is no precognition, just ESP. We don't have physics like that yet, though there is a rabble of physicists seeing to it.

I've had many and still continue to have precognitive dreams. They are mostly about things that take place over the subsequent day and usually occur in the morning while I'm having my second round of sleep. The accuracy or details of the precognitive information in the dream has gotten better with time. However, there's this one dream which I had that turned into reality weeks later. There's a shop i visit quite frequently. One night in my dream i saw the shop front towards the side of the shop rather than its front facing direction. After waking up I thought it to be really weird. Few weeks later, construction started around the shop and the shop front was now exactly how I had dreamt it to be. Really blew me away that experience. Now i always note down peculiar events of my dreams.

I enjoyed the presentation - in my experience, my precognitive dreams are often related to emotionally charged future events, sometime trivial, such as a movie that would come out in a couple years (a film that had not yet been produced). My viewing engagement was sufficient to ping it back to me; I've learned to hold them lightly, also so as not to be attached to -or further reinforce- a future that may or may not be desirable. Some dreams are important, some are simple entanglements with another person (who I may never meet in person) or even with non-human consciousnesses. Learning to tell the difference is not easy, so I just file them in my pre-consciousness as reference information, (phenomenologically bracketed).

Thanks for this interview. I read something by Targ and Puthoff at least 30 years ago and I wanted to try it when my sister was backpacking in Europe. We had set times for when she would send impressions and I would try to receive. Interesting results. I had to do this without feedback- no email for us then. I was a weird kid maybe. I taught myself hypnosis when I was 12 and managed to do well enough that people got frightened. I spent a lot of time in the library to escape a large family in a small house.

I had precog dreams as a young man but don't recall any in many years. When the dreams happened, I would feel a physical jolt, almost like a small electric shock, and I'd immediately wake-up and know I'd had a precog dream. Nothing significant, nothing useful like avoiding danger or investments to make or..., just mundane situations. When they eventually came to pass I'd remember the dream and where/when I'd had the dream. I wonder why I haven't had such dreams in years, or if I have and just no longer recognize them.

From my own experiences in Life I can confirm what Russel is saying and more. I had dreams as a child which exactly, pictures I saw in the dream, happened a couple of days later. later in life I had visions and overwhelming feelings about danger ahead and sure enough there it was. But because I was prepared or prewarned, I managed to deal with the situation in the best possible way. All the best!

Dreams aren't a single phenomenon, in my experience. They are downtime in which anything can happen, from mundane mental processing, to the most vivid visionary experiences. The subject of dreams are like fractals, where a symbolic element can come to fruition next week, or in 40 years time.

Russell you may have read my mind on this subject or we've had some similar differentiations. My theory is that it's related to our entanglement/coherence with scalar neutrino fermion plasma magnetism passing through our physical bodies while in a sleeping or meditative state, that induce a spontaneous 40 Hz Gamma 0,1 primary standing wave ratio harmonic hemi-synchronous brain oscillation coherence. And since our bodies are not in a vacuum, the fermion plasma particles move faster than the speed of light through our bodies in magnetic pulses like packet data that our unconscious mind "reads" on the argon particles (that re-circulate/reify through everyone's lungs perpetually) yielding resonant impressions according to reception. I think we all have these experiences but most often people don't remember them, so to them it may seem coincidental or like "de ja vu" instead, unless they/we bring the longer pattern of puzzle pieces together, which I think we all do eventually.

Russell, for clarification I meant to use the label "hypothesis" instead of "theory" since everyone's practice happens autonomously with or without labels for communication, and also forgot to specify that it induces a minimum of 40 Hz Gamma frequency range rather than being limited to it. This happened to me before back when I kept a dream diary. A few months after, I experienced that dream irl and that feeling of “Deja Vu” occurred and it was then that I realized Deja Vu-that feeling that you already experienced something is bc you HAVE experienced it, and you are living a dream that you had prior (but of which most of us don’t realize we dreamt) and I never would have realized this if I hadn’t kept a dream diary and been able to go back months later and see “shit…precognitive dreamare legit.”

Several years ago I woke straight up out of early morning precognition dream that played out that day. This particular morning was my sons first football game for the season with a new team. This dream was like nothing before, I was an autopilot once awakened. I immediately called the team coach to voice my experience. I explained there could be a possibility my son was going to get hurt and I was concerned with this recent enlightenment while sleeping. My son was the star player. The game started that morning and within several minutes he had his first broken bone. We were asked never to return to the team right then, they were so frightened by the chain of events.

When you get ready for sleep, repeat a mantra, even aloud, to say you would like to remember more. It’s like there is a part of your brain listening and wants to be heard, given a chance. I learned this by using “morning pages” as suggested by Julia Cameron. There are videos on this on KZitem.

I’ve found that using diphenhydramine for sleep wipes out any memory of dreams. The only time I remember is in the morning if I wake and go back to sleep. I assume the effects of the med have worn off enough to remember the dreams. My question to anybody familiar: Is there a medication that will counteract this, “undreaming” state?
@LilyGazou
Жыл бұрын
Are you using it for insomnia or for symptoms of Parkinson’s? There are natural treatments for insomnia such as melatonin. You can try improving your “sleep hygiene”. Regular sleep schedule. No tv in the bedroom. Darkness That sort of thing. You can also try taking the diphenhydramine earlier in the evening so the sedative effect wears off sooner to improve REM state. Keep the dream journal close by.

There were dead people all around me...but I survived long enough to steal a uniform and sneak out of the front gate into the snow. I told myself "Better to die out here in the snow...than back there". A couple of months later Russia attacked Ukraine and I seen troops in the snow on TV...and the whole dream came flooding back to me! Luckily I keep a dream journal so I could look the dream up and get more details. I just mistook the Russians in their uniforms for Nazis.
