Nothing says easy like double sharps and E major. I'm currently in a mental block for longer-form pieces so I decompressed by writing this. It turns out that trying to write microtonal music for a regular MIDI keyboard is really tricky when you like using every single note in a tuning. I was playing through it slowly myself a couple times and it's doable, but having big hands will definitely help if you are interested in playing it.
This folder has sheet music and tuning files for any interested folks:

The specific 17-note tuning is not a particular scale, it's just 19edo but with two pitches removed.
Since 19edo is so similar in function to 12edo, you can actually just play the piece in 12edo with just the "sounding pitches" score. For 19edo, you'll have to suffer through the performance score and have a microtone-friendly program. As a test, I made the sound file using exclusively stuff that can be gotten free online, specifically the soundfont player Sforzando and this soundfont: musical-artifa..., but there are other free options online depending on if you want a specific instrument.
Vital and Surge both have free presets that sound nice, be sure to increase the voice count to at least 11. You need to load both a .scl file and a .kbm file for the tuning to work. Dexed also works, but I found it slightly easier to get to a nice preset in the others.
If you want to use a soundfont in Sforzando, you only need the .scl file, but you need to set the Scala center to A5 and also turn the transpose knob to +5.
Good luck. If I do another keyboard-friendly tune, I'll try to make it fit a 12-note scale.
