Even in amazon people from team you join would interview you. Only the bar raiser is done by a member outside of the team you get interviewed for. If you interview for prime team they have different expectations from alexa. But ds algo, SD are common .

Oh ok. Thanks for sharing. But that was my point - Interviews in general tend to be very team specific other than few special cases

@@KeertiPurswani if you get interviewed for alexa team. They set expectations too high and rejection rate is more than the usual. For Someone interview can be too easy but for someone it can be too hard. Finally it narrows down to its your day or not after having really good interview preparation too.

Maam if you have a offCampus job search experience then can you make a video on it ? Like how to search a good job, which websites to apply and all that ! Because freshers are really struggling with it in this covid times.

Hello Sir! I am in 4th year, As good and average companies have started their OFF-CAMPUS hiring, But i am not prepared.(Don't know algorithms, have basic knowledge about Data structures). Will be difficult for me to crack company's first coding round also.... I will give my best in September, and will cover most of the foundation. -MY QUESTION- 1.Should i wait this september and prepare myself, and start applying in companies in october? 2.Should i apply now, because only god knows, when will again companies post their job openings later in this year...? **KEEPING IN MIND, THAT MANY COMPANIES HAVE CRITERIA THAT..YOU CAN'T REAPPLY IN 6MONTHS/YEAR. Thanks

I am on a bench in a company for almost 1.5 years. So zero real experience. I tried doing some small MERN projects but those projects are very easy. But these small projects are the only things which I am able to put in my resume. So how can I handle my experience situation with the interviewer?? Should I be honest or should I try to talk my way out of it. It would really help if I can get your opinion on this. Thanks and sorry because I might copy this comment in your other videos comments so that you can notice this sooner :'(

Thank you very much. I have experience in Andriod Development in java. But I saw many replies from recruiters saying, we are not looking for Android Developers when I apply to Java Developer, Java Full-stack Developer, Java backend Developer roles, and so my resume doesn't even get shortlisted. Can u give me some suggestions to work on it?
@KeertiPurswani

Since you are saying your resume doesn't get shortlisted, have you tried getting it reviewed from someone experienced who is in android development?

This is great ma'am, thank you. Also, I am 2020 graduate and my offer has been rescinded, many companies have either froze hiring or started hiring for 21 batch. I am losing motivation. Will companies hire me if I am unemployed in the very beginning of my career.

Hi Yuvraj, There are so many people who are in same situation. You will definitely get hired! Keep going. This will definitely pass. Also, do put up a post on LinkedIn because I have seen that people help by referring or sharing your contact with recruiters. It is not about beginning of your career, entire world is in tough situation..and your entire batch is being impacted
