As a triathlete, there's no better workout than a run of the bike to prepare you for race day. I'm racing the Big Husky Ultimate at the end of Feb which is a 70.3 distance Triathlon and I'm buzzing for it.
For this workout, I found myself back on the Gold Coast again where I'm working remotely whilst travelling with my Mum. With that, beautiful Currumbin played host to a bike session in which I rode at race watts during intervals before jumping off the bike for a tempo run at race pace around Suburbia!
