I have always loved vegetables, but washing, cutting, and eating them every day is a hassle, so I sometimes make a batch when I have time.

1 slice of bread + 1/2
1 egg
2 to 3 tablespoons rice malt amazake
Banana pound cake with rice malt amazake
2 or 3 bananas (fully ripe)
5-6 tablespoons rice malt amazake
3 tablespoons avocado oil
100g flour + 50g whole wheat flour
A little more than 1 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 40-45 minutes
Cucumber soaked in salted rice malt
1 cucumber with 1 to 2 tablespoons of salted rice malt
→Refrigerate for 3 days.
Pickled avocado *Refer to Cookpad
1 avocado
50㏄ white soup stock
100㏄ water
1 slice lemon
Chili pepper to taste
→Refrigerate for 3 days.
Dashida Dressing
1 teaspoon dashida
1 tbsp vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tsp. ground sesame seeds
A pinch of garlic powder
Yogurt dressing
2 tablespoons yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dried thyme, to taste
pepper to taste
