We bought these fresh leaves here in London, washed and blended using a superior blender. Cooked with fresh oven dried fish, added butter beans, vegetables and cooking oil. Cassava leaves stew is a very popular and delightful dish in Sierra Leone. The "Thamnes" call it 'ka romboh' and the Mendes call it 'jaki tomboi' cooked differently.
