One of my favs as well. Remember growing up going through 3-4 bowls of rice when my mom made it. In my 60’s now, just thinking about it puts a smile on my face. Cherish your time with your Grandma.

@@roblox21242 Hey my friend. Are you maybe referring to "chinese pickled mustard greens" it's darker green in color and pickled? I don't know if made with lau has your dish, but I have personally learned a lot from their videos. They are very informative as someone who also does not speak Chinese well and does not really understand the culture. I have stopped filming cooking videos with my grandma and spend more time with her in the real world rather than film videos. I wish you well! Hope you find the dish you are looking for. Your Grandmother lives on! Michael

@@MichaelNicastro hi there, thank you for the kind words. I used to live with my grandmother, she would dry the veggies and it’s cabbage. There is the “moy choy” and “zhee choy” I think sorry I don’t speak Chinese but my grandmother made those two dishes. I hope you and your grandmother well. Spend a lot of time with her 👍

This dish is good, but it's a pain making sure you get all the grit out. The stuff that comes in a bag is salty as heck also if you don't rinse it good enough. I use ground pork in mine. Your grandma says cool? Man she's cool .

Most Chinese homes are like this..we use our ovens for pots and pans and dishwashers as a drying rack after we wash our dishes by hand. Lol
