Jesus loved the entire world and gave his life for the entire world, but he still preached repentance and turn from sins. POINT PROVEN. As someone who as a teenager was approached in an attempt to try to exploit me as someone in poverty to persuade me to participate in such behaviour when simply walking alone in the street without the presence of my parents to protect me, it makes me happy that other children can walk the streets of Uganda safely in the knowledge the state will protect them against those who will target them at their most vulnerable and try to corrupt their minds. I was lucky I was not a child in poverty the gay person who targeted me thought I was, but I am traumatised by the thought of how many children were left vulnerable to such attacks. Thanks to these laws, such people that do this or travel to Uganda to do this, like they do to other countries like Brazil, will think twice should they have thought in the past that they could do so unchallenged and unpunished. All other African countries should pass similar laws in solidarity with Uganda. Let the West self destruct itself but Africa should not join them.

My African brothers and sisters need an open border policy with themselves so that they dont need anything. Let all the other countries come to Africa for trade. Africa has everything every country need. Please Africa unite and put your differences aside, please!!!!!!

Excellent! President Museveni spoke as a moral authority for his culture. The West needs to recognize the Adult in the room. Uganda is the wise elder, under no obligation to follow the impudent child-like behavior of the US.

Uganda should not care if the west is upset. The west does know God and God is not with them. The west believe they are god. Africans fear and respect the true living God and many will follow his instruction when given. APTTMHY
