Easy, yummy and ovenless!
Ingredients:
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ¼ cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup condensed milk
½ cup melted butter
melted butter for greasing
plain flour (maida) for dusting
1 tsp salt
200 g dark chocolate
150 ml cream
Colourful Sprinkles
Preparations:
1. Grease a baking tin and dust with flour, tap to remove excess
2. Remove whistle and rubber ring of the cooker
3. Dust salt on the base of the cooker evenly and place the steel ring on it
4. In a bowl, mix all the wet ingredients
5. In another bowl, sift together the dry ingredients
6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients and pour into prepared mould
7. Preheat the cooker on low flame for 5 minutes with lid on
8. Place the cake tin in the cooker, put the lid on, steam for around 20 minutes
9. Demould the cake and let it cool
10. Cover with chocolate ganache and garnish with some sprinkles
11. Gobble, gobble, gobble!
