Use good posture when running to increase performance & decrease the possibility of lower back pain.
Attempt to maintain good posture when running. Keep your posture as upright as possible and hold your neck in line with your spine, especially when fatigued.
Runners often lean forward when fatigued. Leaning forward places a greater demand on your lower back. Pay close attention to your running technique. Combat leaning forward when fatigued by strengthening your core and spinal muscles with a variety of resistance exercises and stretching your hip flexor muscles.
