I am a brand new business, just launched in January....I only have 12 weekly clients so far but im confident and positive i can grow it......Regarding the last part of this video, i actually do PRE-PAY! Everyone gets billed on the first of the month for that upcoming month. I knw i am still very early but i have had zero push back on this way of billing and that way i am not stepping foot on to a property unless i am paid first.. :)

So you just take a hit of the cancel after their first service with months worth of waste and hours spent there? I'm guessing you don't allow that?

That is a really valid concern to bring up @kyleedon3863! Yes, there are situations that it is not to our advantage in offering a first scoop free - but the focus on a great customer experience in the longterm tends to pay out. The goal is to get them and keep them. Some of our franchisees have experimented with different strategies for first time scoops.

@@petwastemillionaire Thanks for the response, I think as the business grows I would try what you implement but at the moment I don't want to attract the ones that can't really afford it and waste my energy. I try to binge watch any videos you come out with to help my own business in the UK and appreciate all your help 🙂
