It's in Raleigh, called MVP Services if you're local.

Great Video.. I’m just starting out here in Ireland, for patios etc ..Have you any idea what I should charge in euros? I find it very difficult to come to an hourly/or sq footage rate. What is your minimum rate for small areas.I’m sure costs are close to Canada..

Hey, congratulations on pulling the trigger, and getting started! Unfortunately I have no idea on the economics, or the competition level over in Ireland. One of my subscribers in Canada charges significantly more than I do, but that is mostly because his supplies, taxes and expenses are much higher than mine. Try calling some of your competition and checking some pricing. I hope this helps answer your question.

What material is your jacket made out of that you wear in colder weather? Does it hold up against the bleach?

My jacket has held up extremely well. It is just a shell, so you might need to add an extra layer on colder days. This is the one I use: www.queensboro.com/style/6316/c/outerwear/port-authority-embroidered-men-s-core-soft-shell-jacket

Sounds to me your way to cheap your only making 50 buck on a house wash for a 2000 square foot house I would be around 900

Wow!! $900 for a 2k sqft? That is probably double what the "expensive" company is in my area. Lol, there might be a cost of living difference between our areas

Great content. Would 18-24 cents per square by you is "going rate"? Depending where you are...$200 for a 2,000sqft home and under is good

I would say 15-20 is going rate for many established companies in my area. There are some over 20 cent, but there are pleanty under 10 cent. I started at 10 cent, but there was no room for profit as my expenses continued to rise. So I have raised my pricing twice since then
