"Pricking out" is not difficult. It's about moving little seedlings from a tray where they are sown all together, into cells where they can grow bigger.
Tiny seedlings of celery help me to show this.
They were sown actually 23 days earlier, in a small tray which gave over 150 seedlings. This method means you need less space to start many seeds. And have module trays 100% full of seedlings.
