Because this is not a workout, or even a warm-up. And it doesn’t help the body in any way, but you need to WARM UP YOUR BODY BEFORE TRAINING.

I don’t get how this isn’t a workout or warmup? I personally run 100m and lift heavy 6 days a week but this is absolutely a workout. If you don’t work on simple movements like this you will pay the price as you age.. any professional coach gets you doing this before you start.

What was impressive (to me) is that these really are "beginner level" moves, at least in terms of complexity (except for some versions of the Monkey. Really well conceived and programmed.

I went from 100% weightlifting to Hybrid style workout Weightlifting, Gymnastic Rings and Bodyweight Calisthenics. I love it. Much more fun and my mobility is much better. Plus my strength and body asthetics has improved greatly. I am definitely going to implement these moves into my workouts. Thank you for your time and dedication. You have a new subscriber in me. Awesome awesome workout man. I really appreciated not only the numerous cues to help guide instinct and body alignment but also the ones to stay in the moment. I don’t have anything to prove, and I don’t getting any stronger by zoning out and going through the motions but I can during workouts at times. Little things like saying “this is your minute” “connect to your center” change this into an empowering moment. I also appreciated the core and cooldown at the end. This is an awesome all in one workout that made 25 minutes fly.

I'm disable with neuropathy but i migh way to start improving and may be resolving the condition - i follow for some basic tutorial here to start but will definitly get on your course once i feel more confident with my ability to move again. I notice that you wear minimalist or “barefoot” shoes during your workouts. Is that something you recommend?

I do. It can be higher impact on the feet if you're used to wearing more cushy or supportive shoes. If you're new to barefoot shoes, ease into them.
