Veerji Sat Shiri Akaal, I am retired Scientist from Punjab, I am suffering from diabetes since 23 yrs now Dr. Said no more Allopathy Tablets just start insulin but I refused to take I just started controlling my diet only vegetables and fruits for two weeks my blood sugar came down from 10 to 6.7. I strongly recommend to all diabetic people we can reverse our diabetes by changing our food and doing exercise. Thanks for discussion. K.Dhanju Sydney

What are those blood sugars #. Normal blood glucose # are 70-100 & Hb- ac1 is 4.2 to 5.2 ( average blood glucose levels for last 3 months). Your # doesn’t make any sense. Can you elaborate?
