You have to remember that Prince wrote that song in his teens. It was on his second album. And mostly did not have a lot of money when he wrote it.

Probably because he's lip syncing on this instance unfortunately.. Volume of his voice and the normal song are completely different. Check at 55s when his vocals go on while the microphone is pointed towards the crowd.. kzitem.info/news/bejne/lpx5u3-QbIWrpKTa Does not take anything away from his talent but I find it really odd for an artist of his caliber to use lip sync..

@@jacobhayman9075 Prince's Vocal Range: 5 and a half OCTAVES Jacob... To give you an idea, Mariah Carey is 5 octaves Vocal Range. Prince's vocal could do anything, anytime. His voice can do naturally all he wanted. And still, any voice's expert even today, can understand how Prince could dance and sing at that tremendous level, let alone understanding the speed that HE is able to change the tone...

No....his pain came from him jumping off pianos and dancing hard in heels. His hips gave out and he was put on pain medicine late in his career. He nvr got rid of the pain. He was very very small in stature 5 ft 2 in
