Why two of the faces were not having stresses on them , the top and the bottom , are going to be the two faces where we we don't draw any stresses. Does each has a stress of Z direction for Normal and shear stresses?
@darylsuatin7049

So what would be the shearing stress at plane where normal stress is zero?

Hey, I hope you might see this and answer. I saw, you used formula to calculate shear stress tao = VQ/I*t. And again we can use tao= √ (sigmaX - sigmaY / 2)^2 + taoXY. So when should we use which formula?

Bla bla bla, bla bla bla. You are reading from the book. All vectors have magnitude and directions. If you cannot show calculations on those vectors then yours presentation is worthless.
