Nice job Paw Paw. Next time you have a similar project, give the nesting command in VCarve a try. It will help you lay out your graphics to maximize your material usage. The finished product looks great. Laying out the letters on the wall looked like an all day job. 😂 Thanks for the video.

Yes, this is just the insulation foam from Home Depot. High density foam is better for commercial use

For the quarter inch bit, does it matter whether it's an upcut or downcut bit?

For the foam it should be an upcut. For the wood a downcut works best.
